- Direct guests to the appropriate department/person

- Manage data maintenance (update records, databases, and files)
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Receive and dispatch mail/couriers
- Provide customer assistance and information
- Coordinate with different departments

- Monitor office supplies and report shortages
- Support administrative and HR tasks
