- Ensure timely manpower deployment.
- Manage shift planning.
- Handle leave replacements.
- Ensure 100% manpower availability.
Attendance Management
- Daily attendance monitoring.
- Overtime management.
- Leave management.
- Payroll coordination.
Employee Relations
- Resolve employee grievances.
- Conduct employee engagement activities.
- Improve retention and reduce attrition.
Compliance
- PF compliance
- ESI compliance
- Labour License requirements
- Contract Labour Act compliance
- Minimum Wages compliance
Training
- Housekeeping SOPs
- Grooming Standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
