Canwin HR Services is looking for a Business Development professional with hands-on experience in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage new clients across IT & Non-IT sectors.
- Handle client onboarding, relationship management, and account growth.
- Negotiate commercials and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.
- Drive revenue growth through new business and existing client accounts.
Required Skills:
- Experience in a Recruitment/Staffing firm is mandatory.
- Strong exposure to Tech and Non-Tech hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-oriented and self-driven professional.
