(Refined Soyabean Oil & Palmolein Testing with ISO 22000 Knowledge – Edible Oil Packing Unit)
Job Purpose
To perform quality testing of refined soyabean oil and refined palmolein, ensure compliance with
food safety and quality standards, and support implementation and maintenance of ISO 22000
systems in the edible oil packing unit.
Key Responsibilities
Laboratory Testing
Perform routine testing of refined soyabean oil and palmolein.
Analyze raw materials, packing materials, and finished products.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and customer specifications.
Maintain test records, COAs, and laboratory documentation.

ISO 22000 / Food Safety Responsibilities
Maintain ISO 22000 documentation and records.
Participate in HACCP studies and hazard analysis.
Monitor CCPs and OPRPs.
Ensure GMP, GHP, and hygiene compliance in plant and laboratory.
Support internal audits and external audits.
Handle non-conformance and corrective actions.
Ensure traceability and batch identification system compliance.
Packing Material Testing
Testing of Pouch film, Carton and other packaging material.
Verify COAs of packaging materials.
Monitor packaging integrity and leakage issues.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain laboratory registers and calibration records.
Prepare COAs and test reports.
Maintain retention samples.
Ensure compliance with:
o ISO 22000
o FSSAI requirements
Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for quality issues.
Assist in customer complaint investigation.

Experience
1–5 years experience in edible oil or food industry preferred
Experience in edible oil testing laboratory preferred
