Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager – IT Hardware with strong experience in Corporate, B2B, and Enterprise Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing key enterprise accounts, and owning the complete IT hardware sales lifecycle. This role offers an opportunity to handle high-impact business verticals and grow with a rapidly expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and develop business opportunities in Corporate and B2B IT Sales

Manage and grow mapped enterprise and corporate accounts

Own the end-to-end IT hardware sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

Sell IT hardware and solutions including:

Servers
-
Storage Solutions
-
Networking Products
-
Desktops & Laptops
-
Data Centre Solutions
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and decision-makers

Coordinate with operations, logistics, finance, and support teams to ensure smooth order execution

Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales pipeline updates, and closure reports

Present IT solutions, proposals, and business cases to corporate customers

Ensure timely payment follow-ups and support successful order fulfilment

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Desired Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Hardware Sales, Corporate Sales, or B2B Sales

Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions and hardware products

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and drive long-term customer relationships

Strong analytical and reporting skills (MIS, pipeline management)
