Turner Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Ability to use manual and CNC turning lathes
- Knowledge of industrial machining techniques
- Ability to use measuring equipment for quality control checks
- Knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and procedures for machine tools
- Strong manual skills
- Reliability, precision and attention to detail
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to follow instructions
- Flexible approach to work hours and willingness to work shifts
Responsibilities
· Operate lathes and other machinery to fabricate components
· Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
· Conduct regular maintenance on machinery
· Ensure precision and quality in manufacturing processes
· Adhere to safety protocols and standards
· Collaborate with engineers and production teams
· Document and report any issues or discrepancies
Qualifications
· ITI certification in Turner or relevant discipline
· Proven experience as a Turner or in a similar role
· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
· Strong mechanical aptitude
· Attention to detail and precision
· Good understanding of safety procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
