Job Description:
OnO Creators is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, content planning, and audience engagement. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about digital marketing and wants to grow in the social media industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms
- Schedule and publish posts as per the content calendar
- Create engaging captions and coordinate with designers and video editors
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports
- Support the team in executing social media campaigns and brand activities
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for content approvals and execution
Requirements:
- 3 Months to 1 Year of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing
- Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of content planning and scheduling tools
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Canva or basic design tools
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn content
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is a plus
