Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing customers.
- Provide support and guidance through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist clients with onboarding, training, and adoption of software features.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams to resolve customer issues.
New Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, networking, and market research.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
- Submit regular reports on client retention, sales activities, and business development efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, Tele Sales, SaaS Sales, or Software Sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
- Experience in CRM software and customer support processes is preferred.
- Automotive industry experience will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹23,500.00 - ₹32,300.00 per month
