Job Description
Plus UAE is looking for a SaaS Sales Lead / Lead Generation Executive to generate quality leads for our free client portal.
The role is focused on identifying genuine Abu Dhabi-based companies, contacting decision makers, explaining the benefits of the Plus UAE free portal, and encouraging companies to complete their initial registration using their official corporate email address.
This position is suitable for candidates with experience in B2B lead generation, SaaS sales, telecalling, LinkedIn outreach, business development, or UAE / GCC market sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify genuine Abu Dhabi-based or Abu Dhabi-relevant companies.
- Find the right decision makers such as owners, managers, HR, admin, PRO, or operations heads.
- Contact companies through phone, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, or other approved channels.
- Explain the benefits of the Plus UAE free client portal.
- Share the portal registration link with interested companies.
- Follow up until the company completes initial registration.
- Ensure registration is completed using a corporate email address.
- Verify that the company is genuine and not duplicated.
- Maintain proper lead records and follow-up status.
- Submit daily activity and lead status reports.
- Identify potential service requirements and report them internally.

Lead Quality Requirements
