Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly websites that deliver a seamless digital experience. You should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies along with hands-on experience in WordPress development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
- Customize and manage WordPress websites, including theme customization and use of page builders such as Elementor and Gutenberg
- Convert Figma/Adobe XD designs into fully functional and pixel-perfect responsive websites
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and smooth performance across devices
- Optimize website performance, loading speed, and overall usability
- Implement basic SEO best practices such as meta tags, structure, and page optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality outputs
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in web design and development
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with WordPress (theme customization and page builders)
- Good understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Experience working with Figma/Adobe XD designs
- Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like React JS is a plus
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
