Position Overview
The Senior Sales Field Manager will lead corporate sales initiatives in the travel and tourism sector, driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and field operations. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across corporate travel and tourism accounts.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify new business opportunities, nurture long-term client relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to expand business reach.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate field sales teams to maximize performance and productivity.
- Partnership Development: Build alliances with travel agencies, corporate clients, hotels, airlines, and tourism boards.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare sales reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism Management.
- 8–12 years of proven sales experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
