Job Title: Hexcrush Machine Operator
Job Summary
The Hexcrush Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the Hexcrush machine to ensure smooth production processes, product quality, and workplace safety. The operator will be required to follow production schedules, perform routine machine checks, and report any operational issues to the supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and monitor the Hexcrush machine as per production requirements.
* Set up the machine and adjust operational parameters as required.
* Ensure continuous production while maintaining quality standards.
* Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
* Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance activities.
* Identify machine malfunctions and report breakdowns to the maintenance team.
* Maintain production records, machine logs, and daily reports.
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies during machine operation.
* Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
* Coordinate with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent qualification.
* Prior experience operating industrial or manufacturing machinery preferred.
* Basic understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting.
* Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
* Good attention to detail and quality control.
* Ability to work in shifts, if required.
* Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle production-related tasks.
Preferred Experience
* 1–3 years of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Experience operating crushing, processing, or industrial machinery will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions
* Factory/manufacturing environment.
* Rotational shifts may be required.
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as per company policy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
