Job Description – Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce the company's products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solar solutions.
- Follow up with leads regularly and generate new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries professionally and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
