We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Attraction & Sourcing Strategy who enjoys learning and values teamwork. What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute integrated sourcing strategies and talent attraction plans aligned to client hiring objectives.
- Partner closely with clients, recruiters, and account teams to identify talent market opportunities and recommend effective go-to-market approaches.
- Design and present sourcing and attraction strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Content, Production, and Digital Marketing teams to deliver targeted talent attraction campaigns.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze performance metrics, and present insights through MBRs and QBRs.
- Drive employer branding, EVP activation, and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance talent engagement.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practice recommendations to support successful hiring outcomes.
- Influence stakeholders through strong communication, market insights, and data-led decision making.
- Proven experience in Sourcing Strategy and talent market intelligence.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience developing and presenting talent attraction and sourcing strategies.
- Knowledge of recruitment marketing, sourcing channels, and talent attraction methodologies
- Understanding of employer branding, EVP development, and brand governance principles.
- Experience working cross-functionally with recruitment, content, and digital marketing teams
- Strong strategic sourcing background (not purely operational sourcing).
