Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Create annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

Brand Management
- Strengthen and maintain the company's brand image.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
- Manage promotional campaigns and brand visibility activities.
Digital Marketing
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor website traffic and digital campaign performance.
- Optimize digital campaigns for maximum ROI.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing channels.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Market Research & Analysis
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations.
- Track KPIs and marketing effectiveness.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Assign targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct training and development activities.
Budget Management
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
