Job Title: Field Technical Engineer / Technician (Electrical & Automation)
Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and technically sound Field Technical Engineer / Technician with basic electrical and wiring knowledge. The role involves on-site installation, servicing, and troubleshooting of smart home automation systems, electrical devices, and related equipment. ─── Key Responsibilities • Visit client sites for installation, servicing, and maintenance work • Execute electrical wiring, connections, and basic panel work • Install and configure smart home automation systems, sensors, switches, and controllers • Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related issues on-site • Coordinate with internal technical team for project execution • Ensure proper testing and handover of systems to clients • Maintain service reports and site documentation • Follow safety standards and company protocols at all times ─── Required Skills & Qualifications • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and components • Understanding of switches, MCBs, relays, and basic circuits • Willingness to learn home automation systems (training will be provided) • Ability to use basic tools and testing instruments • Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Ability to travel across Mumbai for site visits ─── Experience • 0 to 3 years (Freshers with ITI/Diploma in Electrical can apply) • Prior field experience will be an added advantage ─── Education • ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics or related field What We Offer • On-the-job training in smart home automation • Opportunity to work on premium residential and commercial projects • Growth in a fast-evolving technology domain ─── Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience)
