Job Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, depending on the process.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
