The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring a pleasant and memorable guest experience by assisting guests, addressing their concerns, and maintaining high standards of customer service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure guest satisfaction by providing prompt and personalized service.
Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
Maintain records of guest preferences and special requests.
Conduct guest feedback and follow up on concerns.
Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers.
Assist VIP guests and ensure their comfort throughout their stay.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
