We're looking for a passionate Flutter Developer to create high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications. If you enjoy building beautiful user experiences, writing clean code, leveraging AI to boost productivity, and collaborating with clients, we'd love to have you on our team!
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Build responsive, scalable, and high-performance applications for Android and iOS.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, Firebase services, and payment gateways.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Debug, optimize, and improve application performance and reliability.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart and mobile application development.
- Understanding of State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX, etc.).
- Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, local databases (SQLite/Hive), and push notifications.
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and Agile development practices.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI-assisted development platforms is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for effective client communication, requirement gathering, and project discussions.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for learning new technologies.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
- Familiarity with Clean Architecture, MVVM and secure mobile app development.
