- Prepare accurate product costing and customer quotations based on specifications.
- Calculate material consumption, GSM, wastage, machine time, labour, finishing, packing, and transportation costs.
- Estimate costs for commercial printing, offset printing, digital printing, Sunpack, Sun board, acrylic fabrication, MDF, corrugated products, and promotional display items.
- Prepare costing sheets for new products.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams to obtain accurate inputs for quotations.
- Source and evaluate vendor quotations whenever required.
- Maintain and regularly update raw material prices, vendor rates, and standard costing databases.
- Recommend cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
- Support the Sales team with technical costing, alternate material suggestions, and commercial clarifications.
- Prepare profitability analysis and margin reports for management.
- Assist Production Planning by reviewing job specifications and production feasibility.
- Maintain records of quotations, revisions, approvals, and costing history.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and approval processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
