Candidates should possess good speaking skills, professional communication, and the ability to interact confidently with clients through calls and virtual communication platforms.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound client communication
- Explain company services and process details to clients
- Maintain proper follow-up with students, researchers, and professionals
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding client requirements
- Maintain call records and communication updates
- Build professional relationships with clients and ensure smooth communication flow
- Support business and service coordination activities
Junior Voice Process Executive
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Tamil
- Basic computer knowledge and communication etiquette
- Confident speaking ability and willingness to learn
- Any degree can apply
Senior Voice Process Executive
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in voice process, telesales, customer handling, or client coordination
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to manage client interactions independently
- Experience in handling escalations and maintaining client relationships preferred
- Leadership and team coordination skills will be an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- English communication proficiency
