We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller cum Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their career goals, providing detailed information about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Counsel students regarding available courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and batch schedules.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing appropriate guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively.
- Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, educational events, and admission drives when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, education counselling, or sales will be an added advantage.
