Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle all holiday package inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, website, and social media.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and follow up until booking confirmation.
- Convert leads into bookings while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and operations for confirmed bookings.
- Maintain CRM with lead status, follow-up dates, and booking details.
- Upsell experiences, activities, travel insurance, and other add-ons.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and submit performance reports.
