Job Summary
The Drinks Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining beverage production machines such as mixing, filling, and packaging equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate beverage machines (mixing, blending, filling, sealing, labeling)
- Set up machines before production and adjust settings as required
- Monitor production process to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of machines (CIP/SIP if applicable)
- Follow safety, hygiene, and company SOPs
- Maintain production records and logs
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduation
- Experience in beverage / FMCG / food processing industry preferred
- Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI preferred)
- Willingness to work in shifts
