Are you a driven MBA student looking to build a career in B2B marketing and high-growth sales? We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Marketing & Sales Intern to lead our online lead generation efforts.
In this role, you won't just be doing data entry—you will actively map markets, identify key decision-makers across the internet, and build the foundation of our sales pipeline. This is a highly strategic, numbers-driven internship where your research directly impacts our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Internet Research & Sourcing: Hunt and identify potential business clients using LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, and online databases.
- Lead Generation & Data Curation: Gather high-quality lead data (company name, key decision-maker contact info, pain points) and organize it efficiently within our CRM/spreadsheets.
- Market Segmentation: Analyze target industries to find untapped niches and ideal client profiles.
- Outreach Strategy Support: Assist the marketing team in brainstorming personalized email/LinkedIn outreach copy based on your research findings.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain weekly lead generation reports to track conversion readiness and pipeline health.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA,BBA in Marketing, Sales, or International Business.
- Internet Savvy: Advanced skills in navigating the internet, using boolean search Google commands, and leveraging LinkedIn/LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Data Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (vlookups, filters, data organization).
- Communication: Excellent written English skills for professional communication and profile analysis.
- Mindset: Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses a "hunter" mentality for finding high-value targets.
