Job Description: Security Guard/security Supervisor

Location: Industrial Growth Centre, Industrial Road, Phase II Siltara, Sondra, Chhattisgarh 493221
Role Summary:
Security Guards are responsible for maintaining safety and security of plant premises, personnel, materials, and assets. They ensure strict adherence to company security protocols and prevent unauthorized access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Check ID cards, gate passes, and material movement documents
- Conduct regular patrolling of plant premises
- Prevent unauthorized access, theft, and damage to company property
- Maintain records of incoming/outgoing materials and visitors
- Assist in emergency situations (fire, accidents, etc.)
- Report any suspicious activities to the supervisor immediately
- Ensure discipline and safety compliance at the gate and within premises
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: 1–3 years in industrial/plant security (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and safety norms
- Physically fit and alert
- Ability to work in shifts

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
