BetterGreens is a premium food and grocery brand focused on farm-direct sourcing, fresh produce, and artisanal food products. Loaf by BetterGreens is our bakery brand specializing in sourdough breads, croissants, and handcrafted pastries.
We are building one of Gurgaon’s most exciting premium food brands and are expanding our bakery team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily bakery production
- Oversee bread production including sourdough and specialty loaves
- Maintain consistency, quality, and baking schedules
- Supervise bakery team members and coordinate workflow
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
- Assist with product development and seasonal bakes
Requirements
- 3–5 years bakery experience
- Experience with sourdough and fermentation preferred
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Passion for artisan baking and quality ingredients
- Work Schedule
- 6 day work week
