Role Overview
We are looking to hire an Admin & Facilities Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and facility operations at our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by coordinating front desk activities, vendor management, housekeeping, and security operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and visitor coordination.
- Handle incoming calls, courier management, and guest assistance.
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth working environment.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security staff for proper upkeep and safety of the office.
- Manage vendor coordination, follow-ups, and service requests.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory records.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain basic administrative records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Admin or Facilities management roles.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Sheets.
- Organized, responsible, and proactive approach towards work.
