About the Role
Nakshatra Solutions is looking for a Junior Developer who is interested in working on Tally customization and TDL development. The candidate will work on developing, modifying, testing, and supporting customized Tally solutions as per client and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Tally ERP / TallyPrime using TDL (Tally Definition Language).
- Understand client requirements and convert them into Tally customization solutions.
- Develop customized Reports, Forms, Invoices, Vouchers, Menus and Screens in Tally.
- Create and modify TDL code based on project requirements.
- Integrate required business processes and custom features within Tally.
- Debug and troubleshoot TDL/customization-related issues.
- Test customizations before deployment to clients.
- Support existing Tally customizations and resolve technical issues.
- Coordinate with the implementation/support team for client requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of TDL customizations and changes.
- Learn new Tally features, TDL concepts and company-specific development practices.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned development tasks.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Tally / TallyPrime.
- Basic understanding of TDL – Tally Definition Language.
- Good logical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic programming/development knowledge.
- Understanding of databases and data handling will be an advantage.
- Good communication and requirement-understanding skills.
- Willingness to learn Tally customization and new technologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech – Computer Science / IT
- BCA / MCA
- B.Sc. Computer Science / IT
- Any relevant technical qualification.
Experience
Freshers: Candidates with basic programming knowledge and strong willingness to learn Tally/TDL can apply.
Experienced: 1–2 years of experience in Tally customization, TDL development, or related software development will be preferred.
