We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) with 3 to 10 years of hands-on site supervision experience to oversee day-to-day civil construction activities including earthworks, foundations, concrete works, drainage, and road works. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and is capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings, managing labour and subcontractors, enforcing quality and HSE standards, and maintaining site records such as daily progress reports, inspection checklists, and material registers. Strong coordination skills, a sound understanding of civil construction methods, and the ability to work effectively with project managers, consultants, and client representatives are essential for this role.
Pay: ₹25,090.23 - ₹40,395.86 per month
