JOB TITLE: Digital Marketing Manager

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead marketing operations across multiple business verticals. The role requires ownership of brand strategy, paid media, lead generation, budget allocation, team leadership, campaign execution, and cross-functional business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of high-ticket sales funnels, premium brand positioning, customer acquisition economics, performance marketing, AI-powered marketing systems, and team management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across all business verticals.
* Build scalable lead-generation systems for high-ticket and consumer-focused businesses.
* Manage monthly marketing budgets and optimize return on marketing investment.
* Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning initiatives.
PERFORMANCE MARKETING
* Independently manage Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid advertising platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance, CAC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
* Build audience targeting frameworks and funnel strategies.
* Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization.
BRAND & CONTENT MANAGEMENT
* Oversee content strategy and creative direction across all brands.
* Review and approve ad creatives, landing pages, social media campaigns, and communication materials.
* Ensure premium brand positioning is maintained across all touchpoints.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
* Manage and mentor Brand Executives and Marketing Coordinators.
* Allocate resources and redistribute responsibilities during operational challenges.
* Establish workflows, reporting systems, and accountability structures.
MARKETING AUTOMATION & AI
* Implement AI tools for content creation, campaign planning, reporting, and workflow optimization.
* Utilize advanced prompting techniques to improve content quality and efficiency.
* Identify new technologies that enhance marketing performance.
BUSINESS GROWTH & CROSS-BRAND STRATEGY
* Develop customer lifecycle and database marketing programs.
* Create cross-selling and ecosystem-based marketing initiatives.
* Drive partnerships, influencer collaborations, and strategic alliances.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* Advanced performance marketing expertise.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Deep understanding of luxury branding and high-ticket sales psychology.
* Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
* Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
* Excellent copywriting and campaign planning capabilities.
* Proficiency in CRM, automation, AI, and reporting tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
* 5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing.
* Proven experience managing multi-brand marketing operations and marketing budgets.
