E-Commerce Executive
Location: Pantheerankavu, Calicut
We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms and ensure smooth order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
- Update product details, pricing, and inventory
- Process online orders and coordinate dispatch
- Handle customer inquiries and order tracking
- Monitor online sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and MS Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience preferred (Freshers with relevant knowledge can also apply)
