Manager – Network operations
- To Ensure Radio Network availability Improvements.
- Governance with service partners to improve network uptime.
- Quality services and rich customer experience and in the process ensure market leadership;
- High performance culture and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Breakdown & preventive maintenance of 2G, 3G & 4G Sites
- Coordination with Infra providers to ensure network availability >99.95.
- Network Alarms rectification within 24 hrs to ensure Network quality Improvements.
- To ensure MW & txn network uptime >99.95%
- Inventory management & ensure NSS compliance.
- Supporting Capacity addition & traffic shifting as per.
- HSW Compliances & inculcating safety culture..
- Ideas for opex efficiency

- Experience on RAN network
