About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer – Civil to join our construction team and support the execution of high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to high-rise construction and Mivan Shuttering.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor work progress as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Assist in Mivan Shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, and finishing activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per required quality and safety standards.
- Check measurements and maintain basic site records and reports.
- Identify and report site issues to the senior engineering team.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building Projects.
- Hands-on knowledge of Mivan Shuttering is preferred/required.
- Good understanding of basic construction practices and site execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with 15 days' notice preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
