Job description:
Education
Diploma/BE/ B. Tech/ 3-5 years of work experience in servicing of industrial products. ( Mechatronics preferred )
Service for complete range of Resistance Welding products supplied for commissioning, equipment malfunctions, perform modifications and repair of equipment, and take corrective actions; and also train end users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Job details
· Take service calls, and work with Sales team to rectify customers issues.
· Visually inspect, install and test machinery and equipment.
· Detect malfunction
· Discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance technicians, to diagnose problem or repair machine
· Dismantle defective machines/equipment and install new or repaired parts
· Co-ordination with internal departments like Design, Sales & Manufacturing, to address customer issues
· Train end users on equipment operation and maintenance procedures.
Skills:
v Knowledge about automated and semi-automated machines and robotics automation/ PLC
v Worked in Weld Shop maintenance
v Excellent Communication skills (written and/or Oral) in English, Hindi.
v Willingness to travel extensively
v Good computer proficiency and
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
