Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with prospective buyers.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and bookings.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely support.
- Prepare daily MIS reports and track lead status.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and lead generation activities.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
