Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Team Member to support configuration, development, integrations, and technical delivery across Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management implementations. This role is intended for a technical resource who can contribute hands on to delivery while working under the guidance of senior technical leaders and solution architects.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience supporting HAM or SAM on the ServiceNow platform. Candidates with experience across both HAM and SAM are strongly preferred.
This role requires strong technical fundamentals, dependable execution, and the ability to help build scalable, upgrade safe solutions.

Technical Delivery Support
● Support solution configuration, development, and technical delivery.
● Build and update platform components aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
● Follow development standards, participate in code reviews, and implement technical guidance from senior team members.
● Help protect platform integrity and upgradeability.
Integration Support
Support integrations that help ensure accurate hardware and software asset data.
Expected experience includes:
● Import Sets and Transform Maps
● REST and SOAP APIs
● File-based ingestion
● IntegrationHub / MID Server
● Discovery and inventory data sources
● Data mapping and transformation logic
Must be able to:
● Troubleshoot data quality issues
● Support transform and mapping corrections
● Help stabilize source data inputs
● Prevent data issues from creating downstream asset or compliance problems
Integration capability is an important success factor for this role.

Pay: ₹607,492.24 - ₹1,820,966.52 per year
