- Company & LLP Incorporation and related ROC/LLP filings
- *ISIN Creation and dematerialisation compliances*
- Drafting Board, EOGM & AGM Minutes and statutory documents
- *Filing CHG-1, CHG-4, DIR-3 KYC, INC-22, DIR-12, ADT-1, BEN-1/2,* etc.
- Handling LLP Supplementary Agreements and statutory compliances
- Conducting Secretarial Audits and maintaining compliance records
- *Preparing Scrutinizer’s Reports,* Postal Ballots & Annual Filings
- Handling Registered Office, Director/Auditor changes & Strike-offs
- Monitoring regulatory updates from ROC, MCA & SEBI
