Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to expand our global customer base and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and be highly skilled in Google Ads (Google AdWords) marketing for international markets. The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to generate quality overseas leads and convert them into long-term business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
- Generate qualified overseas leads through Google Ads (Google AdWords) campaigns and other digital marketing channels.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting international audiences.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and campaign performance analysis.
- Manage PPC budgets and maximize ROI through continuous optimization.
- Handle inquiries received from international digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and channel partners.
- Conduct online product presentations, virtual meetings, and business negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers for international customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Explore new international markets and identify business expansion opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales and campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated on international market trends, digital marketing practices, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/International Business will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in International Business Development or International Sales.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Google AdWords) campaigns for international markets.
- Experience in B2B sales and lead generation through digital marketing.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, or automation industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing Campaigns).
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong international sales and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work according to international time zones when required.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
