Job Title: Clinical Sales Manager – Dental Radiology

Job Summary
We are seeking a BDS-qualified Clinical Sales Manager with a strong interest in dental radiology and imaging technologies. This role combines clinical expertise with field sales, focusing on promoting and supporting advanced dental imaging solutions. The ideal candidate will engage with dentists, specialists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), conduct product demonstrations, provide clinical training, and support the sales team with in-depth radiology knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Zonal Sales Team with product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and customer engagement.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations, installations, and initial training for CBCT, OPG, Intraoral X-ray, Intraoral Sensors, and Intraoral Scanners.
- Educate dentists and specialists on the clinical applications, diagnostic value, and workflow benefits of dental radiology solutions.
- Address clinical and radiology-related queries, providing expert guidance from a dental professional's perspective.
- Build and maintain relationships with dentists, dental colleges, hospitals, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Train dealer teams on product features, clinical applications, and radiology best practices.
- Gather clinical feedback, market insights, and competitor information to support product and marketing strategies.
- Travel extensively within the assigned zone to support sales growth and customer success.
Requirements
- BDS degree (Mandatory).
- 3-5 years of clinical, radiology, sales, or application experience. Fresh BDS graduates with a strong interest in dental radiology and technology are encouraged to apply.
- Good understanding of dental radiology, imaging diagnostics, and digital dental workflows.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for dental technology, patient care, and clinical education.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
