Job Description
- Enter and maintain daily textile processing and dyeing production data in system/software accurately.
- Update dyeing production details, batch records, machine reports, and process status on time.
- Maintain records of chemical consumption, dyes, auxiliaries, and daily stock usage.
- Prepare daily production reports, chemical consumption reports, and process-related MIS reports.
- Coordinate with dyeing, finishing, laboratory, store, and production departments for data collection and updates.
- Possess basic knowledge of textile processing and dyeing operations.
- Monitor and record daily chemical consumption for each dyeing batch and machine.
- Verify production entries, lot details, recipe information, and fabric process records for accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward processing records.
- Support production planning and reporting activities through system updates and documentation.
- Generate reports related to production efficiency, chemical usage, and batch processing status.
- Possess basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, ERP/System entry, and report preparation.
- Support smooth communication between production and management through timely system updates. Bottom of Form
