Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and revenue generation through strategic sales initiatives. Identify and acquire new corporate clients across various industries.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR, Procurement, Admin, Marketing, andLeadership teams.
Promote and sell corporate gifting solutions, employee welcome kits, festive gifts,promotional merchandise, customized gifts, awards, trophies, and branding products. Generate leads through networking, referrals, client visits, and business developmentactivities.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Prepare proposals, quotations, and close high-value corporate deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of clientrequirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve and exceed the monthly revenue target of ₹1 Crore – ₹2 Crore.
Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor's Degree.
MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related field preferred.
Relevant industry certifications will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in:
Corporate Gifting
Promotional Merchandise
Branding & Marketing Solutions
Employee Engagement Products
B2B Corporate Sales
Skills Required
Strong corporate networking and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to manage key accounts and large corporate opportunities.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
