Role description
Supervision of access control.
Supervision of material handling at the gates.
Supervision of quick reaction team (QRT) / Emergency Response Team (ERT).
Supervision in Crime and Intelligence wing.
Control room management including use of technical gadgets
Maintenance and upkeep of security gadgets and equipment.
Management of Escalation.
Supervision and conduct of training.
Improvement initiatives and implementation of best practices.
Regular interaction with stakeholders
Maintain good liaison with Police and local Administration.
- Full time Graduate in any discipline
3 years' experience in Defence Services – Subedar/ Chief Petty Officer / Warrant Officer/Coast Guard- Adhikari/JCO
Or
3 years' experience as subordinate Officer/Officer of CISF
or
- 3 years' experience as officer in Corporate /Industrial Security

- Security Systems Management
- Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labour Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services.
- Fire & Disaster Management- Basics
