Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Presales Engineer to support the Sales and Service teams by providing technical solutions and preparing accurate proposals. The role involves understanding customer requirements, selecting appropriate products, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Sales & Service teams
- Prepare BOQ, quotations, and technical proposals
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions
- Handle technical queries from customers and internal teams
- Coordinate with vendors, sales, and service teams
- Prepare basic AutoCAD drawings/layouts
- Monitor and assist engineers remotely for installation and breakdown support
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of UPS, Batteries, and Electrical systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
- AutoCAD knowledge preferred
