Work Experience: 4-7 Years
Preference: JAVA / J2EE technologies
The position seeker should understand programming languages and tools to analyse current codes, industry developments, formulate more efficient processes to create a seamless experience for users.
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more * functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
- Taking lead on projects, as needed.
- Strong analytical skills are required to determine current codes and industry development.
- Should have problem solving approach and result driven.
- Must be knowledgeable in formulating efficient processes to create seamless experience for customers.
- Ability to make sound decisions with the information at hand, with the end goal of better customer experience.
- should have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.
- Must be good at time management, collaborative and self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational skills allowing to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Should be moderate at verbal and written communication.
- Full-time bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science or similar diploma or degree courses.
- Total Work experience should be 4-7 years in JAVA / J2EE technologies.
- Hands on experience in Spring, Hibernate.
- Knowledge of microservice, spring boot, Redis will be an additional advantage.
- Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
- Experience in any caching database like Redis, messaging system like Kafka, Tibco, RabbitMQ, Linux commands for logs analysis and deployment, App Deployment and code management tools like SVN and GitHub will be an additional advantage.
