Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role involves handling inbound and outbound enquiries, coordinating site visits, maintaining lead databases, supporting the sales team, and ensuring strong conversion from enquiry to site visit and booking.
The incumbent will act as the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in building pipeline and driving sales conversions.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Qualification
- Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, brokers, channel partners, and referrals.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirement, budget, location preference, and buying intent.
- Maintain and update lead database in CRM/ERP systems.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all enquiries to maximize conversion potential.
Customer Engagement
- Contact potential customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable project offerings.
- Provide detailed information about projects including pricing, configurations, amenities, location advantages, and payment plans.
- Build strong initial rapport and maintain continuous engagement with prospects.
Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective customers.
- Follow up post-site visit for feedback and conversion tracking.
- Coordinate with Sales team for smooth customer experience during site visits.
- Ensure proper briefing of customers before and after visits.
Sales Support
- Support Sales Managers in converting leads into bookings.
- Provide required documentation, brochures, presentations, and project information to customers.
- Assist in resolving customer queries related to project specifications and offerings.
- Coordinate with CRM and Sales teams for seamless handover of qualified leads.
MIS & Reporting
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Track lead sources and analyze performance of marketing campaigns.
- Update CRM system regularly with accurate lead status and interaction details.
- Report lead conversion ratios and pipeline status to management.
Channel Partner Coordination
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers for lead generation and site visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with external sales channels.
- Share project updates and marketing materials with partners regularly.
- Track performance of channel partners and ensure effective lead conversion.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Marketing, and Site teams for smooth customer handling.
- Ensure timely communication with customers at every stage of the pre-sales process.
- Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Sales / Customer Handling in Real Estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate market preferred.
- Experience in CRM tools and lead management systems.

- Strong telecalling and lead conversion skills.
- Excellent customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of real estate projects and sales cycle.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
