Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and energetic F&B Associate / Steward to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and contribute to smooth operations within the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and assist them with seating
- Take orders and serve food & beverages efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations
- Ensure proper table setup, cutlery arrangement, and replenishment
- Assist in buffet setup and service when required
- Maintain hygiene standards in compliance with company and FSSAI guidelines
- Support the service and kitchen teams during peak hours
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly
- Follow SOPs and maintain the overall ambiance of the restaurant
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in F&B service (freshers may apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service–oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food & beverage service
- Flexible to work in shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
