Job Description of Chief Academic, Administration & Operations Officer
Reporting To: Managing Trustee
Position Summary
Shreyas Foundation seeks a visionary educational leader to provide academic, administrative, operational, and cultural leadership to the institution. The role requires a leader who can build a highly aligned and motivated team, strengthen educational quality, preserve the Foundation's unique ethos, and lead institutional growth in accordance with NEP 2020 and the educational philosophies of Tagore, Gandhi, and Montessori.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and ensure successful execution of institutional goals.
- Lead, mentor, and align a team of 300+ teaching and non-teaching staff around a shared vision and culture.
- Build organizational capability through training, professional development, exposure visits, coaching, and leadership development programmes.
- Drive academic excellence, innovation, and implementation of NEP 2020.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Strengthen partnerships with educational institutions, government bodies, alumni, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure effective governance, compliance, financial stewardship, and operational excellence.
- Preserve and strengthen the values, culture, and educational philosophy of Shreyas Foundation.
Qualifications
- Doctorate from a recognised university.
- Minimum 10 years' experience leading an educational institution or comparable organisation.
- Proven success in managing large teams and driving institutional growth.
- Strong understanding of NEP 2020 and contemporary educational practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop future leaders.

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
