Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating flow
- Handle guest inquiries and provide basic information about menu and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Presentable and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to handle busy hours and manage multiple guests
- Basic organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus but not mandatory
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
