Position: Store Manager
Location: Bhubaneshwar

Shift Timing: 10-7 P.M.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and result-oriented Store Manager to oversee our inventory operations and drive business relationships in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will not only manage day-to-day store operations, inventory tracking, and team supervision, but also actively engage with local industries, manufacturing units, and service providers specializing in machinery maintenance and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities
· Vendor & Inquiry Management: Coordinate directly with vendors regarding new product inquiries, stock availability, and logistics.
· Customer Engagement: Interact with incoming leads or walk-in customers, giving clear and accurate product demonstrations/explanations.
· After-Sales Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, tracking complaints, and ensuring efficient after-sales service.
· Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales data, vendor correspondence, and customer feedback reports.
· Internal Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth operational workflow.
· Industrial Liaisoning & Networking -Actively meet and collaborate with local industries, factories, and workshops related to machinery maintenance and industrial spare parts.
Skill & Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in store management, warehouse operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a technical diploma/degree (Mechanical/Electrical) is a strong plus.
Skills:
· Strong understanding of inventory management software (ERP, Tally, or Excel).
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal with industrial clients and vendors.
· Familiarity with the industrial landscape in and around Bhubaneswar/Cuttack.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
